Our promise

If a completed visit does not match what we agreed to do, we come back and correct it at no extra charge. This applies to every recurring and one-time lawn, landscape and snow service we perform.

The 48-hour window

Report the issue within 48 hours of the visit being completed. Grass and weather keep moving, so after 48 hours we treat regrowth, new leaf drop or new snowfall as normal conditions rather than missed work.

For snow service, report missed areas within 12 hours of the pass so we can reach them before refreezing.

You never need to diagnose the problem. Show us what you see and we take it from there.

What is covered

Missed mowing strips, trimming or edging; an uneven or scalped cut; clippings left on driveways, walks or patios; bed lines or beds we skipped; snow left on agreed service areas; and work that does not match what we agreed to do.

What is not covered

Work outside the agreed scope, damage caused by third parties or pets, pre-existing conditions (bare spots, disease, drainage, hidden objects), plant loss from drought or owner watering, and snow redeposited by city plows after our pass. We are happy to quote any of these separately.

Return visit timing

We schedule the correction as soon as the route and weather allow, usually within two working days. Safety and access come first, so heavy rain, lightning or active snowfall can push it back.

Limits

This policy is our service promise. It is not insurance, a warranty on plant health, or a guarantee of weather outcomes, and it does not change anything in our Terms & Conditions or Service Agreement.
