Estimates are not final prices

Submitting an estimate request does not schedule service. We review the property details and confirm the price with you before work begins.

Accurate information

You agree to give accurate contact and property information. Submitting false information, another person's information, or automated/bulk submissions is not permitted and may result in blocked access.

Invoices and payment

Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice. Late balances may be subject to a late fee and services may be paused until the account is current. Returned payments may incur a fee.

Payments made through a link on this site are processed by a third-party payment processor under its own terms. We do not store your full card details.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Recurring service can be cancelled with notice as described in your service agreement. Weather, equipment failure and safety conditions may require us to reschedule a visit; we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

Content on this site, including text, photos, logos and the Mow Magic name and marks, belongs to us and may not be copied or reused without permission. Blog content is general information, not a professional guarantee of results on your property.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Mow Magic Landscaping and Snow Removal LLC is located in Parma Heights, OH.
